I hate to admit it, but that sounds like my proposals; my declared aim reads "This idea will win the next Nobel",  the real aim being "SHOW ME THE MONEY". 

I hope someday my real aim meets my declared aim.  It can be either of them, as long as they match.

Anyone can do any amount of work provided it isn't the work he is supposed to be doing at the moment.

Not too badly. Not spectacular, I didn't promise a miracle, did I?  But at least I have not lost my temper beyond control until now.  I have not been  bottling up but just making a conscious effort to NOT get upset about things beyond my control, or those that don't matter in the long run. Sometimes I take a deep breath.  Sometimes I tell myself "this too shall pass" and some times I just walk up to our neighbourhood temple..don't know why THAT works, but it does.

The good thing is that  I feel a little like my old self already.  AND, ladies, trust me, the PMS is a lot better since the resolution. 

Now will some one get me a wood to knock on please?
